The Role

• Advise on all aspects of commercial property matters including freehold and leasehold disposals and acquisitions, portfolio management work, development, support of corporate transactions and advising on technical charity property issues.
• Support business development and contributing to the growth of the commercial property practice.

Skills Required

• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with between 1-4 years' PQE, with demonstrable experience in a wide range of commercial property matters for charity, not-for-profit and social business clients.
• Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
