Job Description- Manage and advise on a range of commercial property transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate leases, contracts, and agreements.
- Provide support on acquisitions, sales, and development projects.
- Ensure compliance with relevant property laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients to deliver tailored legal solutions.
- Handle landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals and disputes.
- Conduct due diligence and prepare legal reports.
- Assist with business development by fostering strong client relationships.
- A qualified solicitor with a solid grounding in commercial property work.
- Experienced in handling your own caseload with minimal supervision.
- Commercially minded, pragmatic, and confident in client facing situations.
- A proactive team player with excellent communication and drafting skills.
- Keen to take on responsibility and progress within a supportive firm.
- Competitive salary £55,000 £65,000 depending on experience.
