A reputable Legal 500 firm in Hertfordshire is seeking a skilled and motivated solicitor with at least 1 year + PQE in commercial property to join their team

About the Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including leases, acquisitions, disposals, and development projects.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of commercial property agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
