Commercial Property Solicitor 3+ PQE

We have an opening for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3 years post qualification experience to join our flourishing Commercial Property team. The successful candidate can be based in either our Sunderland HQ or our office at Bulman House in Gosforth, Newcastle.

You will work alongside the experienced team on a range of Commercial Property matters including acquisition and disposal of real estate, land developments and commercial leases.

Role requirements

• You will be at least 3 years qualified in a commercial property role.
• You will have had exposure to a variety of commercial property matters.
• You will have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic.
