About the Role
A well-established, multi-office law firm in West Wales is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their friendly and long-standing team. With a loyal client base ranging from local SMEs to landowners and developers, the firm provides a stable and supportive working environment with genuine long-term prospects.

You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your caseload and play a key role in the department's ongoing growth. The role will involve:

  • Advising clients on a range of property transactions and development matters.

  • Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, option agreements, and related documentation.

  • Supporting agricultural and rural clients with land transactions and tenancy agreements.

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships across the region.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be a qualified Solicitor with ideally 2+ years' PQE in commercial property.

  • Be confident managing a caseload with minimal supervision.

  • Have strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.

  • Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills.

  • Be keen to work as part of a collaborative, regionally respected team.

What You'll Get in Return

  • Competitive salary, dependent on experience (up to £55,000).

  • Hybrid working available after initial period.

  • Opportunity to develop within a supportive and close-knit firm.

  • Exposure to high-quality regional work and direct client contact.

  • Long-term progression in a firm with an excellent reputation locally.
