Commercial Property Solicitor

This is an exciting opportunity with a firm that already has a strong reputation in commercial property work, to build on that reputation and assist in the growth of the department. The calibre of clients and quality of work routinely undertaken in the commercial property department of this firm will pleasantly surprise candidates from larger regional or national firms.

We are currently recruiting for a Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE, specialising in Commercial Property, with the ability and willingness to assist with High Net Worth residential property work.

On offer is a competitive basic salary depending on relevant experience, plus a contractual performance-related bonus scheme that is intended to be achievable and genuinely motivating.

The successful candidate will have experience of a wide range of commercial and some residential property transactional work and be interested in marketing and business development for both the commercial property department and the firm as a whole.

This role offers an interesting variety of work for a well-established and broad client base in modern offices ideally located within the Thames Valley. Maidenhead town centre is undergoing a significant regeneration programme, and we are recruiting to ensure that our commercial property offering at completion will be strong and competitive.
