Job Description

The Commercial Property Solicitor will:

• Advise major corporate clients on development, investment, and occupier work
• Assist with a range of real estate transactions, including landlord and tenant matters
• Support senior fee earners with complex and high-profile projects
• Provide tailored legal solutions to clients in various industries
• Contribute to the team's continued success by delivering exceptional client service
• Get involved in business development activities

The Successful Applicant

The Commercial Property Solicitor should be / have

• A solicitor with around 1 year PQE in commercial property law
• Experienced in handling development, investment, and landlord-tenant transactions
• Confident in providing advice to corporate clients across various sectors
• A team player with strong communication and organisational skills
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ties to Leeds
