We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join our client based in Salisbury.

Key Accountabilities

1. Manage an interesting and varied caseload, including consortium agreements, sale and purchase of land or property by charities, planning agreements, property mortgaging/finance, handling option agreements by landowners or developers, overage or development clawback agreements, and easements and rights of way.
2. Maintain a well-organised file management system, including adherence to timescales and compliance.
3. Maintain your continuing professional development requirements and actively seek to further your knowledge within the field of law.

Personal Attributes

1. SQE (Solicitor Qualifying Examination) with little to no PQE (Post-Qualified Experience).
2. Ideally, a following and/or contacts.
3. Experience in managing your own caseload of clients and developing business development opportunities.
4. Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
5. Ambitious and results-driven.
6. Personable and professional.
7. Enthusiastic, positive, proactive, and commercially focused mindset.
