Commercial Property Solicitor

We're looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a leading practice in Norwich. This firm is known for their down-to-earth approach and high-quality legal services, working closely with individuals, businesses, and developers across the region.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and be experienced in handling a broad range of commercial property work. You'll also need:

• Great people skills - clients trust you, and you make legal stuff make sense
• A proactive approach to business development and networking
• Solid drafting and negotiation abilities
• A good head for commercial issues
• The ability to collaborate with both legal and non-legal professionals

Here's a snapshot of what you'll be doing:

• Handling the sale, purchase, and lease of land or commercial property
• Getting involved in development, infrastructure, and planning projects
• Advising on property finance and investment deals
• Managing leasehold matters
• Supporting both landlords and tenants
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of contracts
• Working on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and disposals
• Mentoring and supporting junior colleagues
