Job Description

You will work across a broad spectrum of commercial property matters, supporting a diverse client base that includes:

  • Commercial and residential developers
  • Investors and landowners
  • Asset managers and corporate occupiers
  • Commercial landlords and tenants

The work will be varied and engaging, typically involving:

  • Acquisitions and disposals of commercial and mixed use sites
  • Advising on development related matters
  • Landlord and tenant work, including leasing and portfolio management
  • General transactional property work
  • Supporting partners on more complex matters while managing your own caseload
  • This role offers significant client exposure, the opportunity to work closely with partners, and involvement in interesting, high value transactions.
The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • 2-5 years' PQE in commercial property from a recognised practice
  • Experience in acquisitions, disposals, development related matters, and/or landlord and tenant work
  • Strong academics and a solid grounding in Real Estate lawExcellent communication and client handling skills
  • Good commercial awareness and a proactive, organised approach to managing files
  • The ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
