Commercial Property Solicitor - Own Caseload Great Yarmouth

A regional law firm based in Great Yarmouth is searching for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, and leases, while demonstrating strong communication and negotiation skills. This is an office-based role, and candidates should have around 5 years PQE or equivalent experience, alongside a proven record in delivering high levels of client care.
