Fantastic new opportunity to join a long established, multi office law firm with a strong local reputation and a friendly, down to earth culture. We're looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the Royal Wootton Bassett office and play a key role within a busy, supportive team handling high quality, varied work.

The Role

You'll be part of a well regarded commercial property team dealing with a broad range of transactions. The work is diverse, interesting and offers the chance to build strong relationships with a loyal client base.

Responsibilities

• Delivering high quality, practical legal advice across commercial property matters.
• Managing your own caseload with confidence and minimal supervision.
• Supporting colleagues on larger or more complex transactions.
• Handling sales and acquisitions, refinancing, leases and landlord/tenant matters.
• Working with landowners on promotion agreements, options, renewable energy projects, diversification matters and pension related property work.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 4 years' PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive in commercial property.
• Strong communication skills and technical expertise
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and a busy caseload.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Experience across a broad range of commercial property matters
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and the confidence to work independently when needed.
