The Role

Our friendly and expanding law firm in Buckinghamshire is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1-5 years PQE. The candidate should be capable of managing their own caseload with supervision and support from a partner.

Responsibilities

• Granting and assigning leases
• Handling sales and purchases
• Property finance
• Options and development matters
• Additional experience in corporate/commercial law may be helpful but is not essential

Candidate Requirements

Experience as a Solicitor/Lawyer in Commercial Property with 1-5 years PQE. Strong communication and IT skills are essential. The candidate should be eager to develop client relationships and further their career in commercial property law.

Additional Information

Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
