Commercial Property Manager

Cobalt is partnering with a global leader in logistics real estate to hire an experience Commercial Property Manager on a 6-month FTC. This is a client-side role but my client is open on your background. You'll manage and enhance a high-quality portfolio of industrial logistics parks across the Midlands, working in a lean, supportive team with an experienced lead. • Managing estate standards and conducting regular site inspections
• Leading customer engagement and fostering on site relationships
• Interpreting leases and ensuring compliance
• Providing commercial insights from site visits and applying logical thought processes
• Working cross-functionally with the whole team

• MRICS, with 3-10 years' commercial property management experience
• Confident with leases, service charges and customer relationships
• Able to work independently across multiple parks
• Proactive, organised and commercially minded
