This is a permanent, full-time job offering a salary of £35,000 to £55,000 depending on experience, alongside flexible 9am-5pm working hours, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and genuine long term career progression. Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion
• Preparing detailed reports on title for clients and lenders, identifying risks and providing practical legal advice
• Handling due diligence matters including title investigations, planning matters, environmental issues and restrictive covenants
• Liaising with clients, lenders, agents and third parties to progress transactions efficiently and maintain strong client relationships
• Supporting colleagues and other departments with property related matters including probate and business support work where required
• Managing billing, time recording and financial targets in line with departmental objectives
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, internal procedures and professional standards
• Submitting Land Registry applications and resolving requisitions through to registration
• Contributing to continuous improvement by updating precedents, improving processes and embracing legal technology
• Maintaining up to date technical knowledge through ongoing training and professional development
