In itsinitial phase, the project involves the design and construction ofa 15GWh lithium-ion battery manufacturing facility, complete withancillary buildings and extensive site-wide infrastructureworks.

Once complete, this facility will rankamong the largest battery production sites in the UK, with thecapacity to supply nearly half of the country's projectedautomotive battery needs by the early 2030s.

CommercialManager - MEP - Major Project

• Recognised MEP Commercial Manager with strong commercialawareness, a focus on profit and cash flow, and experience workingon Construction Management (CM) projects.
• Proven track record in managing all key commercialfunctions, including procurement, tendering, contractadministration, variations, and subcontractor packages through tofinal account.
• Broad industry experienceacross multiple sectors, with a commitment to minimising risk andcost while maximising value through detailed analysis of labour,plant, and materials.

Your profile

• Extensive experience managing MEP packages onlarge-scale, complex projects,
• Full projectlifecycle expertise from pre-contract through to post-contractstages, with a strong strategic mindset and the ability tointerpret data to guide business direction.
• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, CommercialManagement, or a related discipline.
