Commercial Manager

Cognisant is working with a well-established housebuilder looking to appoint a Commercial Manager into its West Midlands team.

The role will take responsibility for the commercial performance of a number of live and upcoming residential schemes across the region.

You'll work closely with the Commercial Director and wider regional team, with responsibility across:

• Budgets, CVRs and cost-to-complete
• Subcontract procurement and tendering
• Commercial risk and margin
• Cost reporting and forecasting
• Managing and supporting the QS team
• Working closely with Construction, Technical and Finance

We're looking for someone with a strong housebuilding background who is already operating at Commercial Manager level.
