Commercial manager

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join Shatro London and oversee the financial and contractual management of our premium construction and fit-out projects across London.

Responsibilities

• Full commercial management of multiple simultaneous projects
• Preparation and negotiation of contracts, subcontractor agreements, and supplier terms
• Cost planning, budgeting, and value engineering
• Procurement strategy and tender management
• Variations management and final account settlement
• Ensuring commercial compliance across all project stages

About You

• 5+ years of commercial management experience in premium construction or fit-out
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and UK construction law
• Proven track record of delivering projects within budget in the high-end segment
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or equivalent
• MRICS membership preferred
• Fluent English is essential. As we work closely with an international client base, proficiency in Russian is also required.
