Commercial Manager - NEC3/NEC4, commercial strategies, Procurement, Government, Hybrid, SC Cleared.

Our client in the public sector requires a proven SC Cleared Commercial Manager with a strong procurement background.to slot into their current programme. Ideally you should have NEC3/NEC4 Contracting experience and placing contracts in accordance with Public Procurement Directives/Procurement Law.

Minimum Requirement:
experienced in writing commercial strategies
MCIPS or equivalent
NEC4 accreditation

Experience with Public Contract Regulations (PCR), Defence and Security Public Contract Regulations (DSPCR).
Working knowledge of Procurement Act 2023.
Experience of working in a commercial team specifically supporting significant design and construction programmes.
Extensive experience in NEC4 contracting, specifically Engineering Construction Contracts (ECC) and Professional Service Contracts (PSC); an NEC4 accreditation would be beneficial.
Communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders will be also required.
An ability to communicate priorities and business plans to internal and external stakeholders, whilst ensuring that all programmes and projects deliver to time, cost and quality.
