Job Description
Salary: Up to £65k pa (depending on experience)
A key commercial management role to help grow our client's business through meeting the sales objective and the efficient management of production and control of costs. This is a highly dynamic company to work for.
Responsibilities- Provide an outstanding commercial support function for the company.
- Commercial Management.
- Managing Estimating and Customer Account Management.
- Ensure adherence to the procedures throughout the Commercial Department.
- Workflow and production planning initiatives, quality & business improvement policies.
- Work closely with Client Services & Sales Development to give highest levels of customer support & service.
- Assist as necessary with supply chain management.
- Excellent organisational, problem solving and prioritisation skills.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Commercial awareness in all aspects of print & finishing.
- High level of outsourcing and negotiation skills.
- IT literacy and numeric capability.
- The ability to analyse workflow & understand/assimilate industry based technical processes.
- Technical awareness of our service offering and be able to identify how this can be applied to customer opportunities.
