Location: Surrey. Full time position.

Overview

Manage a varied caseload of business disputes representing corporates, SMEs, partnerships and individuals. Provide legal advice on complex contractual and shareholder matters and represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and litigation.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex contractual, shareholder, professional negligence and property related disputes.
• Represent clients in mediation, arbitration and litigation proceedings.
• Support the wider Commercial Litigation team, supervise junior colleagues and contribute to business development and client care objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years post qualification experience (PQE) as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor.
• Strong technical skills and experience with high value commercial litigation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and professional skills with empathy and professionalism.
• Teamwork and collaborative mindset.
