Commercial Litigation Solicitor

The successful candidate will handle a broad and varied caseload of contentious matters, working closely with the Directors in the department and other members of the team on a wide range of complex disputes.

• The role offers exposure to high-quality work across general litigation and dispute resolution, providing an excellent opportunity to further develop both technical and strategic skills within a supportive and collaborative environment.
• Applicants should have solid experience and a demonstrable background in commercial litigation.
• A strong understanding of dispute resolution processes.
• Be confident managing matters independently where appropriate, while also contributing effectively as part of a wider team.
• A proactive approach, strong technical ability and exceptional client care skills are essential.
• Our ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years' PQE; however, we would also welcome applications from candidates with equivalent experience who can demonstrate the relevant skills and expertise.
