An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Disputes / Regulatory Senior Associate to join the Dublin practice of a premier global law firm. Led by market-leading partners recognised as top-tier practitioners in Irish and international litigation, this practice handles complex, high-stakes commercial disputes, cross-border regulatory investigations, white-collar crime, and contentious risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead complex commercial litigation matters before the Commercial Court, High Court, and appellate courts.
• Advise domestic and international clients on contentious regulatory matters, internal investigations, enforcement proceedings, and white-collar defense.
• as a primary point of contact for key corporate clients, offering strategic and commercial advice.
• Supervise, mentor, and delegate effectively to junior associates and trainees within the team.
• Participate in business development initiatives, industry networking, and client pitches.

About You

• Irish Qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE in commercial litigation and contentious regulatory practice within a leading Irish corporate firm, top-tier UK firm, or international practice.
• Deep knowledge of Commercial Court procedure, Irish regulatory frameworks, and complex discovery processes.
• Strong tactical judgment with the ability to navigate complex legal and reputational risks for global brand clients.
• Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a track record of building effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
