Commercial Legal Counsel (Healthcare)

Our client, a global medical technology company partnering with healthcare professionals to support better solutions in early detection, diagnosis, and minimally invasive treatments, is seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel.

This is a contract position starting as soon as possible, initially for 3 months, to manage daily workload. Full-time and part-time applications are considered.

What will the role involve?

• Commercial negotiations
• Drafting contracts related to medical devices for sale and lease
• Working primarily with NHS (70% of work) and private hospitals

What skills do you need?

• Experience with medical devices and healthcare (essential)
• Ability to provide quick, practical advice
• Stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills

Our assignments are mainly full-time, with a hybrid model based in the London area and surrounding suburbs.
