Location: London, Holborn (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days from home or another location)

As one of our Commercial Leads, you'll be the driving force behind revenue delivery, market strategy and cross-functional execution for the number of hotels which you are responsible for (circa 120 sites)

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you'll be themarket expert- not just reacting to trends but anticipating them. You'll set the commercial strategy, own the plan and bring together teams across pricing, digital, operations and marketing to make it happen.

What you'll be doing:

  • Take full ownership ofrevenue performanceacross a portfolio of 120 UK hotels.
  • Set and execute acommercial strategythat maximises volume, revenue and contribution.
  • Monitormarket trends, demand signals, competitor activity and external data - including news and macroeconomic shifts - to inform decisions.
  • Build and manage aprioritised backlogof strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • Make fast, confident decisions based on data - and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.
  • Act as theconnectoracross multiple teams, ensuring alignment and accountability from strategy to execution.

What you'll bring:

  • Provencommercial acumenand a sharp instinct for identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Experience managing performance acrossmultiple sites or markets.
  • Strong analytical skills - able tointerpret data, spot trends and make decisions quickly.
  • Excellentcommunication and influencing skills- you'll be the glue that brings teams together.
  • A solid understanding ofdynamic pricing, perishable inventory, digital acquisition and e-commerce.
  • Confidence in presenting complex strategies and challenging thinking at all levels.
