Position Details

Home-based role; based at home with travel as required

Permanent, Full-time, Monday - Friday, 37 hours/week

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic professional to establish and grow our sustainable asset management services. Initially focusing on expanding refurbishment activities, with potential to develop into a comprehensive asset management program.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and secure asset management opportunities by analyzing service data and targeting priority equipment and customers.
  2. Create structured frameworks for asset lifecycle planning, transforming reactive maintenance into preventative solutions.
  3. Collaborate with senior leadership to set revenue targets, growth objectives, and KPIs.
  4. Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, sales, and service teams.
  5. Develop and lead the technical sales team, supporting recruitment, onboarding, and professional development.
  6. Create business cases, establish risk management processes, and develop competitive pricing strategies.
  7. Oversee customer engagement strategies, lead negotiations, and present technical proposals.
  8. Build strong customer relationships, gather feedback, and provide project updates.
Candidate Requirements

We seek someone energetic, self-motivated, and curious, with a sense of pride and motivation. Attributes that are advantageous include:

  • Strong PC skills, including CRM software, pipeline management, sales reporting, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Salesforce for tracking and forecasting.
  • Ability to sell over medium to long sales cycles, with strong financial understanding.
  • Skilled in data interpretation and decision-making.
  • Experience with sales forecasting, goal-setting, and financial planning.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
