Commercial Fit-Out Estimator - Turnkey Projects

Mitchell Maguire is seeking an Estimator - Fit-Out to work on commercial construction projects across the UK. The role covers full turnkey fit-out, strip-out and refurbishment, with site surveys, quotations and tender submissions.

The ideal candidate will read drawings, manage BOQs, liaise with clients and internal teams, and contribute to competitive pricing on projects from £5k up to several million, with a base salary of £40k-£50k plus discretionary bonus and a company car allowance.
