For CFC Trade Employee (m/f) Accès Personnel recruits and recognizes all talents for one of our clients, based in the canton of Fribourg, we are actively looking for a: CFC Trade Employee (m/f) Your mission: • Monitoring of the final invoice table at the end of projects • Copies and scans during the submission of tenders, preparation of binders • Filing of documents in M-Files • Phone follow-ups and tracking with subcontractors regarding sent offers • Monitoring the payment schedule for the MO and amendments • Opening new projects in M-Files • Drafting the minutes of the weekly team meeting • Updating documents with new identity/logo • Managing the email box of the property manager • Registering documents in M-Files • Preparing various emails and correspondence Your profile: • CFC as a trade employee • Experience in the construction sector • Proficiency in standard Office 365 tools, M-Files GED is a plus • French language and excellent oral and written mastery • Integrity and respect • Attendance, precision and teamwork spirit • Good proactivity skills • Flexibility, stress resistance, respect for deadlines • Living in the Bulle area We look forward to receiving your (CV, workbooks, diplomas) Florimonte Vittorio jida701c9baen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
