Commercial Disputes & Contracts Counsel - Maternity Cover

Ryanair, Europe's largest airline group, is seeking a Legal Counsel to cover commercial disputes and B2B contracts on a fixed-term basis in Dublin. The role sits with the Legal & Regulatory Affairs Department, based at HQ in Dublin and collaborating with teams in Dublin and Madrid.

You will draft, review and negotiate contracts, advise on risk and dispute resolution, manage outside counsel, and contribute to a fast-paced network.
