A unique opportunity with national/international construction group, based in Dublin HQ. Delivering major projects for multi-national corporations, private companies, local & state authorities across Ireland, UK & Europe. Sectors include traditional construction, property development, data, bio-med, pharma, power-gen, commercial, institutional, social infrastructure & property development.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for pre-construction, cost management, maximising commercial performance on projects within the group & its subsidiaries while managing/motivating a team of estimating, surveying & procurement staff. Also contribute at Senior Executive level introducing innovative business methodology, strategic planning for continued growth and diversification.

Opportunity

A 'critical' appointment, based in Dublin (with hybrid options), integrated into the company growth trajectory and succession strategy for the Executive Management Team.
