Job Description
  • Lead all income generation and external stakeholder relationships across Members, Corporate Partners, sponsors, and advisor networks.
  • Manage and develop a multi disciplinary commercial team of 5 people, ensuring high performance, strong stakeholder engagement, and achievement of revenue targets.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of membership propositions, engagement journeys, pricing, and digital/CRM enabled experience improvements.
  • Drive Corporate Partner and sponsor acquisition, reviewing value propositions, service levels, ROI, and new commercial opportunities.
  • Work with programme leads to shape a year round events portfolio, including conferences, regional events, summits, and Family Business Week.
  • Develop an accredited network of family business advisors and shape a new commercial offering for Members to access consultancy services.
The Successful Applicant
  • A seasoned commercial leader with a track record in revenue growth, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial, able to convert ideas into implementable commercial programmes and new revenue streams.
  • Highly credible with senior leaders, able to influence, build trust, and represent the organisation externally.
  • Data driven and innovative, with strong CRM and digital capability to enhance engagement and streamline processes.
  • Collaborative, resilient, and hands on, thriving in a fast paced, agile, and growing organisation.
