Job Description
Overview

Sales, it's no longer a dirty word. The days of cold calling are over. We provide referrals, social campaigns, relationship led introductions, and a stream of leads for top executives in broking. This role gives you the opportunity to join an independently owned insurance brokerage and convert a packed diary of appointments for SME and mid market clients.

Responsibilities
  • Meet with pre qualified leads supplied by the new business team.
  • Provide clear commercial insurance advice and convert leads into established clients.
  • Retain the book of business and explore specialisms or niches through the business development team.
  • Work closely with a UK wide team of placing brokers, administration, claims and risk advisers to manage back office tasks.
Qualifications
  • Based in Scotland.
  • Track record in a client facing commercial insurance role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously with freedom and maintain quality client relationships.
