Commercial Data Analyst & Junior Buyer - Coffee

Applegreen plc, a leading roadside hospitality retailer, is seeking a Commercial Analyst Buyer / Junior Buyer to optimise commercial and operational performance for the coffee team. This role reports to the Commercial Coffee Manager and involves BI, data analysis and supplier management across coffee, food and merchandise.

You will build dashboards, analyse margins and pricing, support budgeting, and help drive a strong NPD pipeline while ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
