Job Description
COMMERCIAL COORDINATOR
️Hours: 35 hours per week
Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00
Salary: £28-30,000 per annum dependant on experience
Location: Hybrid - New Milton

This role is a UK based role and any remote work must also be within the UK.

Start Date : June /July 2025

ABOUT YOU

You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and attentive to our customer's needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

A good general standard of secondary education.
GCSE Grades A-C or equivalent or NVQ Level 2/3.
A business related qualification is desirable.

EXPERIENCE

Proven track record in coordinating business services/requirements
Communication at B2B level and an understanding of good business practice is essential.
Highly effective & professional written and verbal communication, relevant work history to evidence this.

KNOWLEDGE

Computer literacy is essential.
Advanced Excel skills are fundamental in this role alongside good level of skill in Word, Outlook and Microsoft 365 suite.
The ability to interpret, handle and analyse large data sets is essential.
Core administration skills including letter writing and organisational skills are required. In addition, some advanced Word skills are required.

THE ROLE

Join the action as a Commercial Coordinator at Appello, where every contract you manage helps keep our business thriving! You'll be the behind-the-scenes hero ensuring all customer contracts are set up flawlessly for legal and billing purposes.

Your day will be packed with exciting challenges-from crafting contracts and keeping the database in top shape to monitoring performance, renewals, and compliance like a pro. You'll be the go-to expert, making sure SIM cards are invoiced correctly, working closely with the Sim Card Asset Manager, and spotting risks and opportunities in existing agreements.

And it doesn't stop there! You'll be the voice of Appello, communicating with customers to arrange billing beyond warranties and sorting out purchase orders.
