Job Description

Commercial Conveyancing Lawyer needed in Lincoln Paying £20.85 per hr ref OR12950

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Responsibilities

Handle a full range of commercial conveyancing work, primarily landlord and tenant matters under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
Manage the sale and purchase of land, including drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and associated documentation.
Provide legal advice on property transactions and tenancy agreements.
Potential involvement in residential conveyancing, excluding Right to Buy (RTB) cases.
