Commercial Contracts NQ Solicitor - In-house

Our client is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Location & Working Arrangements

Based in Bedfordshire, the company offers hybrid working and is open to 100% remote candidates.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the in-house legal team in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts.
2. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure commercial contracts (both supplier and customer) are fit for purpose.
3. Perform contract administration tasks.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working with commercial contracts such as confidentiality agreements, NDAs, third-party agreements, and public sector contracts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commercial/business outlook towards work.

While 1 year of experience is the typical requirement, our client is open to considering candidates with relevant experience outside this range.
