Job Brief: Commercial Contracts Lawyer - In House Function in a private legal practice.

Responsibilities

To be part of a strong, high quality team dealing with household companies and financial institutions with commercial contracts and transactions in an in house function. This award winning practice has high growth plans. As a valuable team member you must be able to train and mentor junior members.

Skills Required

UK qualified lawyer with experience in house or in a private practice. All levels are considered provided the candidate is UK qualified. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years PQE as guidance only. Excellent rapport and communication skills are required.
