Commercial Construction Manager

We are looking for a driven Commercial Construction Manager or Cost Manager to be part of our fast-paced Property team. With a remit spanning a £50m construction programme across the UK & Mainland Europe, this is your chance to work on high-profile projects, grow your career, and make a real impact.

What You will Do

Support feasibility estimates and identify cost risks for board approval.
Manage tender processes, onboard suppliers, and negotiate contracts.
Drive savings and value through cost management methods.
Benchmark costs and develop model store price points across geographies.
Collaborate with Project Managers and Cost Consultants to share new schedules, cost amendments that impact feasibilities and outturn costs.

What We are Looking For

Quantity Surveying degree (or working towards).
Experience in retail construction projects.
Strong with numbers, confident communicator, and ready to influence.
Flexible, ambitious, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
Willingness to travel across UK & Mainland Europe.
Legal right to work in the country of application.
