Job Title: Commercial Business Manager - Infrastructure

Morgan Jones is working confidentially on behalf of a well established, family run infrastructure and utilities business seeking a senior commercial leader to take ownership of a key division. This is a high impact role for someone who treats the business as their own, understands the realities of infrastructure delivery, and can translate operational activity into strong commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Full ownership of commercial performance, forecasting and cost control
• Embedding commercial insight into day to day operational delivery
• Supporting pricing, frameworks, bids and commercial negotiations
• Building strong, trusted client relationships
• Providing clear analysis and insight to senior leadership to support strategic decisions

About you

• Senior commercial, commercial finance or operational leadership experience
• Background in utilities, civils, infrastructure or related sectors
• Proven P&L ownership with strong operational understanding
• Confidently influencing directors, engineers and delivery teams
• Forward thinking and comfortable in a fast moving environment
