What You'll Be Doing

• Taking ownership of the day to day running of the building and its facilities
• Acting as the friendly, reliable point of contact for tenants, contractors and service partners
• Ensuring the building meets all health & safety standards and compliance requirements
• Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance, including managing contractors
• Carrying out regular inspections to keep the building safe, clean and operating at a high standard
• Supporting budgeting, reporting and accurate record keeping
• Responding quickly and confidently to urgent issues or maintenance needs

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

• Experience in building or facilities management
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A solid understanding of health & safety requirements
• Confidence managing contractors and overseeing maintenance tasks
• A proactive, organised approach and the ability to work independently
