Commercial Bid Manager - Public Sector

We're looking for an experienced Commercial Bid Manager to own a busy public-sector bid pipeline across Ireland. This role requires someone who already understands public procurement and can deliver compliant, high-scoring submissions.

What you'll do

• Spot and assess opportunities via portals incl. eTenders
• Lead bid/no-bid, strategy and win themes
• Manage bids end-to-end: docs review, writing, stakeholder input, pricing, submission, handover
• Run timelines, clarifications and final compliance checks
• Support frameworks (renewals/call-offs) and maintain bid library/pipeline

Must-have (non-negotiable)

• Proven experience working with public-sector clients and producing public-sector tenders
• Strong knowledge of procurement rules, compliance and evaluation criteria
• Ireland public sector exposure (eTenders/OGP) highly preferred

Nice to have

• Facilities services background (FM/cleaning/security/property)
• Strong commercial/pricing awareness; excellent writing and attention to detail
