Where will you be working?

Aviation - Our Aviation team works across a wide range of specialist civil, mechanical and electrical engineering works including major international airports, regional airports and RAF airfields.

What will you be doing?

• Process subcontractor payments and maintain associated records.
• Maintaining records to support in recovery of cost(s)
• Client interaction and regular site visits
• Management of subcontract accounts through to final account
• Liaison with operational teams as required
• Interface with project buying & procurement

What you'll bring

• Previous experience in a commercial, quantity surveying, or project administration role within construction, maintenance, utilities, civils, or infrastructure.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word (Essential) & Oracle (Desirable)
