Job Description

As Commercial & Data Solicitor, you will:

  Advise clients on data protection and privacy laws, including GDPR.

  Assist in the development and implementation of data governance frameworks.
• 
  
  Support clients in managing data breaches and regulatory investigations.
• 
  
  Provide guidance on data sharing, transfers, and third-party agreements.
• 
  
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex data issues.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be:

• experienced in data protection and privacy law from a good UK firm
• familiar with UK and EU data protection regulations, including GDPR
• skilled in drafting and negotiating data-related agreements
• good at communicating with good academics
