Job Title :Commercial Aircraft Technician Work Schedule: Onsite - Dublin, IRL# Key Responsibilities Component Maintenance & Repair Perform disassembly, inspection, cleaning, assembly, and testing of aircraft components in accordance with approved procedures and airworthiness requirements. Complete repair and overhaul activities to the required quality and performance standards. Interpret and follow technical manuals, engineering instructions, and maintenance procedures. Technical Documentation & Reporting Compile technical findings and inspection reports based on component evaluations. Work with the company ERP system to support operational and reporting requirements. Ensure all work is recorded in accordance with company and regulatory standards. Quality, Safety & Compliance Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment. Teamwork & Development Work effectively as part of a team while also being able to work independently. Contribute positively to team objectives and operational goals. Support knowledge sharing and best practices across the workshop. Qualifications & Experience Completed apprenticeship or recognized qualification in a relevant technical trade such as Aircraft Mechanic, Mechanical Fitter/Turner, Automotive Mechanic, Electrician, HVAC Technician, Plumber, Industrial Maintenance Technician, or another relevant mechanical or technical trade. Experience within maintenance, repair, manufacturing, or technical operations environments. Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow technical manuals, procedures, and work instructions. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
