Commercial Account Manager

We are currently supporting a fast-growing and innovative company in the consumer health space that develops and manufactures high-quality self-care products- both under its own brands and in partnership with major distributors across more than 75 countries.
To help strengthen their commercial team and accelerate international growth, we are looking for a Commercial Account Manager. In this dynamic role, you'll manage key global partnerships, coordinate with internal teams on new product launches and regulatory processes, and identify opportunities to deepen commercial collaborations.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where branding and customer relationships intersect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key accounts and international distributor relationships
- Act as the central point of contact for client requests, product registration timelines and commercial support
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Regulatory, R&D, Marketing) to deliver seamless client service
- Present new product ideas and advise on brand positioning in local markets
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your account base
- Travel to international partners and represent the company at key events (flexible, not mandatory)
Your Profile:
- Either: A background in pharmaceutical sciences, life sciences or biomedicalstudies with commercial ambition
- Or a commercial background with experience in OTC, self-care, or consumerhealth
- Ability to translate scientific and regulatory details into commercial decisions
- Strong communicator, confident in presentations and building long-term partnerships
- Self-starter who thrives in a scale-up environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages such as German or French are a plus
