Under the direction of the Deputy Secretary-General - Urban Planning and Space Department, you will implement the crisis management policy, ensure compliance with safety standards for infrastructures, and organize civil protection activities. You will also wear the uniform in this function. Your mission will be to define and deploy civil protection engagement plans, relying on specific risk analyses related to the territory, and you will ensure the scaling up of the system as well as the availability of infrastructures. You will collaborate closely with the building service responsible for the maintenance of municipal infrastructures and ensure the maintenance and availability of protected constructions. You will prepare, direct, and monitor civil protection reports, disseminate and keep the necessary updates, apply federal and cantonal regulations, and timely announce all required data to the authorities. You will inform, advise, and support your hierarchy as well as municipal authorities on all issues related to protection. You will establish and maintain close relationships with all partners related to civil protection and provide support, upon request, to municipal authorities.Profile: You are a Swiss citizen. You hold a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) or an equivalent title in a technical field related to buildings, which allows you to understand issues related to municipal infrastructures and ensure protected constructions. You have completed your military service or served in civil protection. You demonstrate leadership through a command experience or a background in positions that enable you to lead and manage personnel. Your experience in crisis management and special events makes you a methodical, analytical, and solution-oriented person.
