Requirements

• We are looking for experience in roles such as Command Centre Lead, Technical Operations Lead, Service Operations Lead, Major Incident Lead, or similar senior operational positions.
• We need a strong background in NOC, SOC, or large-scale 24/7 operations environments.
• We require broad technical understanding across multiple IT towers, including infrastructure, applications, networks, and security.
• We are seeking proven ability to lead under pressure in live environments.
• We need experience coordinating across multiple service providers in a SIAM or multi-vendor setup.
• We require strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• We value familiarity with ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring tools.
• You must be a sole UK national and SC cleared or eligible for SC clearance.

Responsibilities

• We will expect you to lead our Command Centre, similar to a NOC, SOC, or Service Operations function, and oversee day-to-day operations.
• We will rely on you to take command of major incidents, including Sev 1 and Sev 2 issues, and critical business events.
• You will coordinate multiple suppliers in our SIAM and multi-vendor environment.
• You will maintain real-time visibility across infrastructure, applications, networks, and security.
• You will drive incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• You will act as the central escalation point and provide clear updates to senior stakeholders.
• You will represent our business onsite and ensure strong operational control across a complex live environment.
