College Learning Support Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Learning Support Assistant for a specialist college based in Enfield. The student cohort is years old, with mild SEND needs.

• 3 5 days a week
• 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
• £13.69 per hour
• Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities

Provide additional learning support to students, working alongside the college teaching staff. This includes supporting students with Maths and English, and helping them progress in agricultural and animal care subjects.

Qualifications

• Maths and English GCSE grade C or above
• Previous experience within a school or college setting
• Enjoy working outdoors or with animals (useful for the college's focus on agriculture, horticulture, dog grooming, animal care, saddlery, floristry, garden design, conservation, etc.)
