Collections Executive - Asset Finance - Surrey

Job Summary

Our client is a highly respected vendor and equipment finance company operating across a broad range of assets. Due to growth, they are recruiting a Collections Executive to join a dedicated team that focuses on aged debt within the collections portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Use robust collections skills to identify reasons for non payment.
• Work with customers to remediate arrears positions.
• Report directly to the Team Leader and support onboarding and training on systems.
• Maintain a can do attitude, work autonomously with appropriate support, and meet delivery targets within deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• Strong collections experience and skills.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate a positive attitude towards targets.
• Good communication skills and customer focus.
