As Collection Management Senior Analyst within our Order to Cash team, you'll responsible for Collection management.
Our O2C team to handle the following activities: Master data management, Sales orders Management, Requests and Disputes Management, Credit Risk and Credit Data Management, Collections and Customer Contact Management, Cash Application and Receivables Management, AR related Month-end Closing and Reporting and Non-trade Invoice Management.

Main responsibilities:
- Deliver collections management services to SBO, including AR aging report reviews
- Perform collection and dunning activities and determine appropriate escalations and follow-ups
- Manage disputes and claims, qualifying and resolving issues identified by Ci2C
- Contribute to business and customer collection strategy reviews and ensure compliance with Sanofi policies and guidelines
- Complete all activities according to the global Core Model and operational KPIs
- Develop expert-level knowledge of activities in scope, coach junior analysts and document process knowledge for Ci2C
- Identify process improvement opportunities, participate in automation initiatives, and ensure smooth adoption
Experience:
- Graduate degree in accounting or finance (advantageous) with 2-3 years of experience in Collections & Receivables Management (essential)
- Fluent in French and English (essential), knowledge of Dutch and other European languages (advantageous)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Customer invoice-to-cash processes and hands-on experience in collections & receivables (essential)
- Hands-on experience with SAP FI and MS Excel (essential); knowledge of other Accounts receivable IT tools (advantageous)
- Professional interaction with internal/external clients and strong teamwork within O2C teams (essential)
Soft skills:
- Experience in Business Services, good business acumen, problem-solving and analytical skills (advantageous)
- Good communication skills and attentiveness to customer needs (advantageous)
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, Business administration, Economics, Operations management; MBA will be preferred
Languages:
- Fluent English
- Fluent French
